The magician displays a unique a unique set of acrylic Thumbcuffs. The wing nuts from the bolts that hold the two halves together are loosened, the cuffs are placed on a spectator’s thumbs, and the nuts are tightened. The spectator verifies that it is impossible to escape from the cuffs.
 
The Thumbcuffs are then placed on the magician’s thumbs. However the magician can immediately escape from the cuffs! Or the performer can catch rings tossed to him and they penetrate onto the magician’s arm! The magician can move his tied hands through a microphone stand, a chair back, or even through one of the volunteer’s arms!
 
Leave it to the incomparable Jay Leslie to come up with this unique Ultimate Thumbcuffs design. The curvature of the top and the bottom of these cuffs provides an optical principle that makes escape from these cuffs seem even more impossible! These fine cuffs are CNC cut out of solid acrylic and are designed to last a lifetime. One size fits all and the cuffs are fully examinable. Also very little skill is needed, which allows the magician to concentrate on the performance and routining of this fine effect.
