The magician displays a stack of ABC blocks and a empty hat or other receptacle. Each block has a hole drilled through the middle so they can be stacked onto an upright pole pedestal. Each block is removed from the pedestal and placed into the hat. The pedestal is displayed without the blocks. Each block is then removed from the hat and placed back onto the pedestal upright with the C block on the bottom, the B in the middle, and the A block on top. The magician displays a wooden tube, which he can show totally empty to the audience. The magicain covers the stack of blocks and immediately removes the tube. The middle B block has vanished!
